I offer a holistic, person-centred approach to counselling. It helps people learn how to live a happier, healthier, positive life, have a better sense of self, and improve their overall well-being. We’ll work through your patterns, and I will help you learn new effective ways of dealing with traumatic events, stress, anxiety, grief, and relationships in a healthy way. People who go through this process often come out seeing themselves and life differently. Over time, you can change how you think and feel; about yourself and the world. Not only will you deal with problems differently, but you may learn to enjoy life again and see things in a whole new way.
My role is to be the comforting support centre while you grow as an individual. As a Wellness Counsellor, I am registered with the ASCHP. I have obtained a BA degree in Psychology and worked with individuals and groups struggling with negative patterns, trauma, and stress.
